AED Superstore, an Allied 100, LLC brand, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our growing team as a Customer Care Specialist. We are a leading e-commerce company in workplace safety and community health, distributing Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and related medical products, Empowering Everyone to Save a Life.

Our ideal candidate is a proactive team player with exceptional customer service skills, who is capable of working in a fast-paced environment. This position will involve learning a wide array of products, services and processes, with the ability to provide clear and knowledgeable information to a variety of customers.

You will provide an exceptional customer experience through phone, email and live chat. Success in this position requires exceptional communication skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport, identify needs and deliver solutions, the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, proficiency in time management and strong computer skills.


What You'll Do
This is a summary of what you can expect on a day-to-day basis, and is not intended to be all inclusive.

  • As a subject matter expert in our products and services, deliver an engaging, service oriented experience to our customers seeking inbound service and /or support via phone, email and/or live chat.
  • Create quotes and process orders for customers in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Must be knowledgeable on all processes and policies regarding day to day operations.
  • Fulfill and satisfy all customer needs in a reliable and professional manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers while becoming a trusted consultant in assisting them with making decisions based on their needs.
  • Engage with other team members to ensure customers' end-to-end needs are met and that no customer is left unsatisfied.


Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a professional office setting
  • Strong ability to work successfully as part of a team
  • Exceptional communication skills to include professional phone, email and live chat etiquette
  • Ability to manage time efficiently
  • Must be a resourceful problem solver, a self starter and action oriented
  • Must be organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and productively
  • Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Internet)
