Allied 100 is seeking a hardworking, reliable individual to join our growing team in Woodruff, WI as a full-time Distribution Center Associate. Our brands, AED Superstore and, are leading e-commerce companies in workplace safety and community health, distributing Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) and related medical products, to enable life saving measures in the community.


The Distribution Center Associate plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer service by ensuring orders are picked accurately, packaged appropriately and shipped in accordance with our established shipping timelines. The Distribution Center Associate is responsible for learning and performing a variety of tasks in the warehouse including pulling and packing orders, restocking inventory, processing returns, assembling kits, among other tasks. This position must perform all work in accordance with our safety standards, and in an efficient, productive and collaborative manner.


Position may rotate shifts between the hours of 6:00am and 6:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Position Expectations

  • Efficiently and accurately pull, process and pack orders. Follow all safety guidelines and shipping requirements when packing products.
  • Report order discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
  • Handle stock in a careful and safe manner; conscious of quality and avoiding damage
  • Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy
  • Accurately restock items from the bulk storage area, as necessary
  • Communicate low stock (from bulk storage) to Distribution Center Supervisor
  • Demonstrate commitment to all safety standards at all times
  • Perform inventory control checks as requested
  • Process returns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Use equipment properly and maintain it as needed
  • Operate a forklift, if certified, as needed and maintain training/certification as required
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
  • Drive vehicles (if legally licensed), such as trucks or vans, when necessary to move stock
  • Work as a collaborative team member at all times and interact positively with other employees and management.
  • Take ownership over day-to-day work and outcomes and strive for continuous improvement, suggesting changes to improve safety or productivity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Solid work history that demonstrates reliability.
  • Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a warehouse or similar setting.
  • Forklift experience beneficial.
  • Familiarity with an ERP or related software beneficial.

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new software programs.
  • Must follow all safety standards, as determined by the company and local, state and federal laws.
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in a climate controlled warehouse.
  • Ability to stand, move, squat and climb for up to 8 hours at a time.
  • Ability to lift and move at least 30 pounds on a regular basis.
