Allied 100 is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive in the Western US territory to join our growing team. The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales and business results in Fortune 500 and Mid-Market accounts within their assigned territory. Through exceptional relationships and expert sales practices, you will identify decision makers, build champions with potential key stakeholders through education and influence and quarterback the sales process maximizing revenue and gross profit. What You'll Do

  • Achieve monthly and annual quota, YoY Revenue Growth and gross profit margin targets.
  • Develop and maintain an active pipeline of new and existing expansion accounts, prioritizing opportunities to achieve quota and gross profit margin targets.
  • Manage existing business and define new opportunities by thoroughly understanding actions and timelines necessary to close deals and accurately forecast sales opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process by thoroughly understanding decision makers, actions and timelines necessary to close deals and accurately forecast sales opportunities.
  • Educate customers and prospects on our solutions, not just around the features and benefits, but also influencing through why (saving lives).
  • In partnership with assigned Account Manager, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and promote account expansion.
  • Create value around our full suite of offerings to include, products, services (such as program management and medical direction), and training to drive sales and increase loyalty and retention. Present cohesively as a solution to prospects and customers.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, and an understanding around regulations associated with AEDs.
  • Identify industry trends and relevant competitive information, providing feedback and input to the company.
  • Continuously prioritize activities and manage time to achieve objectives.
  • Regularly interact with SVP of Sales, keeping him abreast of pipeline progress, discuss challenges and opportunities, negotiate sales and contracts, and ensure appropriate strategic direction of the territory.
  • Regularly interact and communicate with assigned Account Manager to ensure strategic partnership and approach to meet account objectives.
  • Complete all administrative responsibilities accurately and on-time, including expense reports, SalesForce documentation and any other documentation or reporting as requested by the SVP of Sales.
  • Other duties as assigned or necessary for achieving quotas/objectives.

Experience We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of related sales experience, to include selling a full solution into the enterprise space.
  • Demonstrated consistent, successful sales achievement.
  • C suite and conceptual selling experience preferred.
  • Must be insurable and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must be willing and able to travel (by automobile or air, day trips and overnight stays) more than 50% of the time.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to meet customer needs.
  • Strong sales aptitude and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience with SalesForce preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel and/or Google Suite and ability to quickly and easily learn technology/software programs.
  • Exceptional professional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound independent judgment.
  • Curious, driven to achieve, and willing to challenge and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking.
  • Demonstrated ability to positively manage working relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as with others.
  • Exceptional personal initiative and desire to drive continuous improvement.
